Wife and I are LA residents who decided to take the plunge into JT. We cold-called Sean after reading other glowing reviews and he treated us like friends from the start. He has intimate knowledge of the area (he grew up in JT) and infinite patience when it came to helping us find and secure what we wanted. In terms of responsiveness, theres not a call or text that wasnt returned within an hour (sorry, Sean, people reading this now will expect the same) and his diligence in finding property that met our needs was top notch. That same work ethic applied to the office as well (were looking at you, Barbara). Add to that hes also one of the nicest people youll meet and hes the total package. Just imagine if The Rock got into real estate and wanted to sell you a house. Hes that good. Seriously.

Sean was recommended by a friend of ours and we are incredibly thankful and appreciative of his guidance, knowledge, honesty, and constant communication he brought to our second home purchase as well as his continued help in getting our place setup. From our first meeting, Sean took great interest in learning our needs and preferences while being very honest and up front about what challenges there may be, the current real estate climate/trends, and what would be required to actually get a home. Were really appreciative of that as its quite an aggressive and fast market in the high desert. He offered insider scoops on homes that were not even on the market yet, providing video tours for us during the pandemic. While meeting in person, he took every precaution required and showed us a multitude of homes that he had so much knowledge about that it shows how much he cares about his work on behalf of seller and buyer. Sean goes above and beyond as he even gave us a list of neighborhoods (with a Google map itinerary) to explore so we could better understand this area. His extensive local connections and being from the high desert, gave us invaluable insider insight to help inform our strategy and approach to get a great deal and close on schedule. With three partners working on this purchase, Sean was even patient enough to just provide video updates to all of us each step of the way in the process. Whenever we were thinking of a negotiation approach, he was honest and would push back when necessary but was always helping us get to a fair solution. Thats very important in this type of transaction as we all can understand the value in everyone walking away from the deal satisfied. Simply put, Sean made our dreams come true and we couldnt have done this without him. Id only recommend him to any of my close family or friends looking to buy in the high desert area. Hes just the best!

Sean was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I first contacted Sean to get a professional opinion on which home improvements would be most beneficial for the sale of our home. Sean was able to come out very quickly, he was very friendly and honest. It took us a couple months to get all of the improvements done, Sean was in contact and helpful the whole time. Once we were done with the improvements Sean was right there, he and his team got everything done and the house listed within 2 days. Sean was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. We had a hiccup with the buyers loan falling through, Sean was right there! Without missing a beat they had the house back on the market within an hour. Sean and his team were on it every step of the way. Through the whole process Sean was only a call or text away to answer any questions we had. With both offers on the house he and his team were on top of everything, very efficient and knowledgeable.
