I'll echo the praise for Tanna because it really is so well deserved. Tanna is the best realtor that I have ever dealt with and taught me so much in my limited home buying experience and made my experience purchasing a condo very pleasurable. Tanna accommodated my schedule even though I had a very short window to find a place. Tanna toured condos with me on the weekend, quickly ran down questions I had, and advised me on some things I was unaware of which were determining factors in my decision making (e.g. pending condo assessments). Tanna does make you feel like you are highest priority and works tirelessly on the customer's behalf. She helped me negotiate a great deal, helped me file a tax appeal, and even helped me run down maintenance well after closing.
