Ben is hands down THE BEST REALTOR that I've had the pleasure of working with. It's safe to say that going forward, we'll never use anyone other than Ben because of the amazing work he's done for us. If I could give this guy a 1,000 star rating I would, because he deserves every one of those stars. My husband and I have worked with many different realtors over the years and we never really found one that checked all of the boxes for us, until we found Ben! We actually found Ben on Zillow and gave him a call. The first time we met in person was when he showed us one of many homes on our search. And after we toured that home with him we knew he was our guy, and we've never used anyone else! What I love about Ben is his versatility. He is phenomenal at looking into all different markets for you, laying out the numbers in a way that make sense to the average person. And if you're a seasoned veteran in real estate then his numbers will be even more useful to you because he goes the extra mile. He's a brilliant numbers guy, and he's incredible with negotiations, all while keeping a chill demeanor so you as the home buyer don't get overly stressed. He genuinely cares about YOU, not the commission. Which means so much because that is a rare find these days. He let's you explore anything and everything: different cities, different property types, different styles. You name it, he'll look into it for you, and he'll always find something great. My husband and I constantly went from one extreme to the next and Ben kept up with us. He saved us from bad deals and he helped us find good deals. He genuinely cares about finding the perfect property for you, your family, and your financial goals. That right there is why we'll continue to use Ben in the future. He may be young but this guy knows what he's doing, and he's fantastic at it. The home buying experience will be one that's relaxing, easy, and enjoyable if you use Ben as your realtor. He's there for you, and I say that with incredible confidence because of everything he's done for my husband and I. We seriously cannot thank Ben enough, and we highly recommend using him for your future property endeavors, whatever they may be!
