Cruz Lujan amazes me with his expertise when looking to buy a house. His knowledge is very well noted due to the fact that this was our first home and we were extremely nervous at such a big investment. His flexibility with scheduling and motivating us to keep going is wonderful. I applaud him at having patiences with us in such a critical time when we needed to move out of our apartment (Rent increase) to buying our first home. I am glad we took the leap of faith at putting our trust in Cruz. His ability to handle pressure and negotiating is a great asset to have. He maintains professional throughout this ordeal. We have seen over 30+ homes and have put in over 20+ offers. He is very considerate at the price and style of home we looked at and I am pleased with the end results.
