This is my 2nd encounter with the Pisha Real Estate Team and I will forever send my business to them. Every encounter that I had with Korey, Josh and his finance department was smooth sailing. What is a very overwhelming and intimidating situation of buying and selling simultaneously went SO smooth and thanks to these guys they were able to get my closing dates spot on for the financing situation to go through with no hiccups. They answered every question I had along the way and NEVER made me feel like a burden. They were even amazing enough to get me a second viewing of my house while under contract so I could take measurements and feel that exitement all over again. When making the offer on my purchase I felt very confident that Korey was setting me up with an offer that was strong enough to secure what I wanted but nothing outrageous where I was overpaying. I could go on for days but the point is that this team is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone buying/selling or refinancing.
