Jamie is amazing. As a first time Home Buyer I spoke with five or six realtors before I met her and I knew she was perfect. She understood and cared about our unique situation and didn't mind how incredibly picky we were. We saw four or five houses before she found us the PERFECT house. And we put an offer in right away. Up until that point I thought Jamie was pretty good.After the homeowners accepted our offer the situation took a turn for the worst, there were inspection problems and we were negotiating with the sellers for what seemed like forever. During that time is when we realized what an exceptional realtor we had. Jamie made our home purchase her top priority, she was communicative, honest and sympathetic. Being a First Time Home Buyer I really did not understand anything about the process and what I was to do next and Jamie did a great job explaining things to me and making everything as painless as possible.We were pessimistic about the purchase with the way things had been going and if it weren't for Jamie Watson we would not own our home. Any issues or concerns that came up she solved. She was knowledgeable and ready for any situation.If you are shopping around for a home then you are also shopping for a realtor and some of them are less than pleasant. Working with Jamie made the process comfortable and exciting. I recommend Jamie from the bottom of my heart and will certainly be sending anyone and everyone I know her way!
