Very rude and unprofessional. When I put in the request for assistance through Zillow, I specifically indicated to communicate thru email as for a time difference. I get a call from Mr. Dawkins at 6:21 in the morning waking up my household. I received numerous text from him. When I asked him to "Please only contact me via email" he responded with another long text message...I responded to him not to contact me again at all and I received a nasty reply "I've emailed you several times with zero response. I was trying to be proactive to help you in your search. Is that not the type of help you woul like from your Realtor especially when your Doing a RELO? (smiley face). And it was actually one txt not fifteen and i called you 1 the first time...I think your confused respectfully...I explained again to him and told him I would forward him all the texts I received...by which his response is "You sound very nasty ad super sensitive, No need to communicate with you any further you sound unreasonable anyway cheers"

Benis is the best man for the job if you are looking for a great home.. I had a strict budget and a rather large list of expectations from that amount... He pushed hard to find me exactly what I wanted.., he also got an offer in that was in my budget. There was a house that really wasn't what I wanted but I got impatient. Benis got the home inspected for me. When the inspector could not get the panel open to see under the house, Benis ran to his car and looked through his stuff n found a crowbar. He pulled the panel off and it exposed foundation issues... I was going to go for it anyway but Benis begged me not too n promised he would get me something more I wanted... Benis delivered me the perfect house and it fit all my criteria and it was less than my budget. I honestly could not be happier with my home and would recommend this guy with a solid voucher to anyone in the market! Sincerely, Lindsay Lewis
