Benis dawkins had reached out to me. He had sent listings of houses. I had told him about my needs for a house in a certain area and price range. Not once de he give me listings of my preferred area or price range. A week into searching I had texted him about how I won't be looking for a house at the moment, to give me couple weeks and I'll reach out to him, Got no responds. He kept sending listings and after a few weeks he texts me and said I have sent you more listings . And I replied by saying I had found a home, thank you . And replies " wow what a waste of time" who does that? That's very unprofessional for a realtor to say. Sounded like a child. And told me "i sounded sketchy anyways" he said "whatever goes around comes around" if I could post these text messages I would. Disrespectful. Don't deal with this guy. 16 years of experience, sure that's not how you treat a potential first time house buyer.
