We started working with Pam in March 2020, getting her expert advice on what updates we could do to our home to appeal to buyers and sell our home for top dollar in the shortest amount of time. She walked us through her suggestions (we saw the value in all of them and implemented them) and she aided us in sourcing materials and securing a fabulous contractor and a talented stager. When our renovation projects were complete and we were ready to sell in October 2020, Pam listed our home on Friday, held and open house the next day, Saturday, and by Saturday evening we had 5 offers. We had several above asking price and we were thrilled at the response. Our house was under contract in 1 day and we are more than happy with the selling price. She delivered all she promised and then some. She is driven, dedicated, knows her market and proven to us we made the best choice in realtor possible. I have been looking into different markets for investment purposes. So, Pensacola area is on my list of locations. Before going, I do some due diligence on my part and determine that though the trip may not yield any positive results, its still worth looking. But knowing about a market is much different than knowing the market. And thats where Pam Heinold enters the scene. I read her reviews, and noted that she was president of a group of Women Realtors in Pensacola. And I also noted that she lists and sells a lot of properties. This is exactly what Im looking for in an agent...someone who is knowledgeable and someone who strives to make the deal. The one down side is that being successful limits her time. But for me this is actually a plus. By that, every time her phone rang, or text alert popped, I was reassured that this agent was a winner. In other words, if Im working with someone in this industry who is not juggling calls and texts, then I know theyre either lazy or inept. Another plus, though her time was limited, she took my emails to heart and showed me enough property to help me make my decision much easier in the future. And I must add that while looking at the properties, she made me feel like I was her only client, answering all my questions and providing much appreciated documentation on every property shown. If I do buy in Pensacola, I cant imagine using any other agent. (My earlier review somehow fouled up locations)

We became acquainted with Pam as a result of her frequent publication to residents of Nature Trail summarizing recent sales activity in the community. This was a proactive approach which indicated to me that Pam would actively market homes she listed.When it came time for us to sell ours, we interviewed Pam and we knew she was the one to contract with. We interviewed no others.She hired a professional photographer to take the pictures of the home to put into the multi-listing/Internet system which I believe proved to be a great benefit. She kept us informed of internet activity on the home and personally contacted us when agents wanted to show it.She was thorough and very helpful during the process of receiving the contract offer and the counter-offer process until such time as we all agreed on the selling price.She is first class in our view.
