My husband and I had a bit of a false start when it came to buying a house, in as much as we knew we wanted to, but weren't quite ready, yet. I had already been in contact with Sean, and he had set up a portal with houses for me to look at, when I told him it looked like we'd have to wait another year.Literally a year later, we were finally ready and I gave him a call back. As first-time home buyers, I had done a lot of research, read a lot of books, but still had no real, practical experience.Sean is GREAT for first-time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable, was never caught flat-footed by any of my questions, and was great at evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of any given home we looked at. He anticipated everything we would need to know, understand, and / or do, and was right on the money every time.My lender, by comparison, seemed particularly incompetent! Dealing with Sean was easy because he's honest, up front, and willing to answer any question.
