We first met Brittney at an open house she was hosting in December 2016, she immediately presented as knowledgeable, approachable and honest. I took her card with me and let her know during her follow-up of the open house that we were just beginning to look to see what the market had to offer. She invited us to contact her if and when we were ready to buy and she would be elated to help us. In May of 2017, my husband and I reached back out to her to see if her offer still stood to aid us in finding a home. She immediately responded back to us with enthusiasm to help us search. It was the weekend of Mother's day when we first made contact and set an appointment to meet the following Monday in order to subdue the holiday weekend. It turned out there was a house for sale that we wanted to view before our first meeting. Without any hesitation Brittney jumped on board to meet us at the house the very same day (within 2 hours!) and not only show us the house but also give us all of her information and business packet immediately. Even with the trouble of houses selling before we were able to view them, Brittney persisted to find a home that we were searching for with no hesitation. She was very flexible with adding additional viewings to scheduled ones and called to gain access to view homes immediately. With all of the showings Brittney was very quick to point out potential issues and wonderful assets of each house. She was also knowledgeable and honest about if she believed a house was priced a bit high and if an appraisal would reflect that price or not. Once we found the home we wanted the home buying process has been extremely smooth and simple for us. Brittney and her associates have done the brunt of the footwork and explained any and all questions or concerns we have had. It is clear that she has a passion for what she does and genuinely cares and respects her clients through the entire process. The associates she corresponds with are up to par with Brittney's hard work ethic, exceptional customer care and service, and enthusiasm to make the home purchasing process as enjoyable as possible. I feel completely relieved to have found such a wonderful person to work with and to be able to turn to with all of my questions.
