Anita is a fantastic agent. Working with her is a joy! I've bought 3 homes and sold 1 in my life, and she is, by far, the BEST agent I've ever worked with. She knows KCMO and the real estate process extensively, and put our desires and needs first 100% of the time. When our targeted neighborhood changed, she adjusted in a flash. She is honest, tough, funny, and friendly. She wrote up at least 5 offers for me in a very hot, fast market. Her advice and counsel regarding offers and counteroffers was spot on every time. She is 100% trustworthy. We didn't end up buying because the COVID-19 pandemic changed the nature of my work and we relocated again.
