We had a great experience working with Sam. He always came prepared with everything we wanted to know about all of the houses we were looking at and because he was on the on constant watch and knew what we were looking for he was able to find us a home that fit all of our needs and at the price that we needed for our budget. When looking at homes at first in our area we were very dissapointed with what we were seeing and what we could get for our price range. After a month or so of looking he saw a price drop on a home that was a much better fit for our family and although it was still above our price range was sure he could get them to negotiate down to what we could afford. We looked at the home, loved it and he was able to get it at the price we needed. He also negotiated to have a home warrenty (which we had never heard of before) included with the purchase of the house which has already saved us many times.
