Bill Collins is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold several properties in the course of my life time, and cannot recommend Bill more highly. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, well-informed, honest, highly ethical, and pro-active. He will be sure that every single detail of your purchase or sale will be totally covered. We had been looking for a specific kind of property for a couple of years. Bill was always on the look out to alert us about every property that could meet our needs. This past winter, while he was on vacation, he sent us the listing for the house of our dreams. He arranged for an associate to show us the house. We discussed it with him by phone and made an offer that first day. Bill drew up our offer while he was out of the country. We had to have numerous phone calls and emails; but Bill stayed on top of it every day and helped us beat out over a dozen other offers. He met us the day he returned from his vacation and saw us all the way through a very difficult process. As the house was a multi-family, there were an abundance of details including private and city inspections, transfer of titles, certificate of occupancy for each apartment, etc, etc. I lost track; but no worries as Bill stayed on top of every single detail. He was always hands-on and he never let anything slip through the cracks. BILL IS THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER. Without reservation, I cannot say enough positive things to say about him.
