Sherrill exceeded our expectations! We didnt realize we were in a position to sell or buy until calling her randomly when I seen a sign in a yard. With her experience and awesome personality she gently gave us the courage to reach out to a lender to see where we were. She has so many resources. She came to our home and gave us an easy to do list with an expected listing date. We listed on a Saturday and within hours we had multiple offers on a home I didnt think anyone would want. The next day was Easter Sunday and I found aEURoethe oneaEUR? she left her family to show us a home. We literally excepted an offer and made an offer the next day. We really thought wed end up homeless ??Through every bump or hurdle she gave great advice and her empathy for us was overwhelming and I feel attached to her ?? she answered all my repeated worried texts even after 10 pm. My favorite thing other than her broad love of humans, pets and all living things was her willingness to talk to me several times at length before I decided to jump. She never made me feel like I was burdening her and not once did I feel pressured. . I still text her random questions 2 months after we closed. Plus look at her sign! How could you not love that face ?? I recommend Sherrill and always will!
