We found Keith and Kim through Zillow when we inquired about a house in the Pitman area of New Jersey. He got us in to check out a few houses and while these didnt work out, he kept taking us to see houses from September 2020 until we finally found our house in April 2021. With the crazy market, they kept getting us in to houses, on our weird schedule, and were in it with us all along the way. Once we got under contract, they were right there with us to make sure we were able to get all the things needed, like inspections, repairs, and making sure we were good to go to closing day. They were warm and available and made the process, which was a tough one due to crazy market conditions, way easier than it could have been. Thankful we found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for homes in South New Jersey!

The Squires Team made finding and buying our home a great experience. Keith listened to what we wanted and understood our timeframe. Once we established a relationship, he was patient and casual instead of inundating us with nonstop pressure. The listing emails we received were helpful, and he tweaked the filters according to our wishes. Now, while it was great that he was not pushy with us, when we DID find a property we wanted to see, he made it happen, and he made it happen quickly... within hours. He also provided excellent guidance once we did find THE house, and he got it for us! That was when his wife, Kim, stepped in. She was a wealth of knowledge through the negotiations, inspection, and closing process. Most importantly, she was an amazing advocate for us, making sure we got everything we wanted/needed to ensure we were happy and made a regret-free and successful purchase. The two of them worked together wonderfully, and they always made themselves available to us, even if it meant 9:30pm phone call discussions, because that was what time worked for my family. They really made this experience a great one.
