After living in the same home for fourteen years, we knew when it was time to move. Keith and his wife Kim were the obvious choice for us. Not only were they knowledgeable and patient during the listing, they really listened to our needs when we spoke about selling our house. They came over several times before just to talk about what we wanted, and when it became time to list the house, they were right on it. During the process of buying, they were again, very patient with us. We didn't have any clue about the buying experience, but they taught us everything each step of the way. We looked at several houses, and I must admit it was frustrating to not find the one. They understood my stress and worries and talked me down from the ledge each time. After five short months, we found the house we wanted and sold our old home. The process, which could have been a total nightmare, was easy due to their guidance. Keith has a way of explaining things to make you see the right choices for you, and Kim is willing to go that extra mile. They were always available, always picked up the phone, and never stopped being our team. I must say, Keith and Kim were the best agents for us. Yes, buying and selling a home can be stressful, and at times I felt like pulling out my hair, but these two people answered my calls each time and helped put things into perspective. We now have the home we wanted and sold our old home in record time. They are the perfect team for anyone's needs in the real estate business. I must thank them for all they have done for our family.
