There is so much to say and not enough space to write it all down. My husband and I are so grateful for Keith and his wife, Kim! We never thought we could purchase another home again after losing our home to foreclosure 10 years ago. Keith reassured us that it was possible. That evening of speaking with him, he had me in contact with Will to start the steps of getting pre approved for a mortgage. I was surprised as well as excited to start the process. Throughout this whole process, Keith and Kim talked me off a few ledges, were available to talk or look at houses on the weekends, and made our whole house buying experience easy and exciting! We were in our home 3 months later! They have a great team starting from getting your mortgage to home inspections, etc. We felt warmth in our hearts with how genuine they are at fulfilling our needs. A friendship blossomed and we are neighbors! Thank you Keith and Kim, for being awesome in every way!

We worked with Keith and Kim to find our first house throughout the COVID housing shortage. Throughout the 2 years, Keith and Kim showed their two best attributes are compassion and integrity. They took the time to get to know us and what we wanted in a house. They absolutely put our wants over a bigger paycheck for them or a quick sell. Keith only cares that you have zero buyer's remorse when you finally turn the key on your new home. He was always honest about certain aspects of a house and will always tell you if the house doesn't fit what you need. They were also always quick to respond to any message we sent and were always happy to help. If we ever sell and buy another house, there is nobody else we would think to use. The house is titled in the name of my sisters Trust. She is in assisted living in FL and I am Trustee and POA for her, I live in SC. The Squires were recommended to me through a friend of my nephew. I sent an email, and that was the beginning of a fantastic journey. My husband and I met with Keith and Kim shortly after my sisters fantastic Tenants moved. I knew we found the best team. We cannot thank them enough for all they did. They are amazing! The house went on the market, we had two offers, we chose what was best for my sister. Settlement in 15 days. Great for us! The Squires family vacation was the same time as settlement. Kim was on the phone with me that day from her hotel! I do want to thank the Squires children for their patience on their first day of vacation as their parents helped our family complete the sale of my sisters house!??
