Erik has helped me with purchasing two homes and each experience has been wonderful. He was very helpful in explaining any questions or concerns I had and very quick to respond to texts or emails. Always kept me updated during the escrow process. During the purchase of my first house unfortunately I had a bad experience with the first realtor I used however when I switched to Erik he helped me look for the types of homes I was looking for and did not waste my time showing me Homes that I would definitely not be interested in. He is also very patient and genuine. He wants you to be happy in your home, it's not all about the sale. With the first realtor I used I felt as if every home we went to see he was pushing for me to place an offer even if I didn't really "love" the home. Erik was never pushy and always willing to go the extra mile! Definitely wants YOU to be comfortable when placing an offer. I Definitely recommend Erik to be your realtor!
