If there were six stars, we would give Heather that. We found Heather through trusted friends. We were first-time home-buyers, working from outside the country, buying a house sight-unseen. People shivered when we told them what we were doing. But we had Heather on our side. What could have been a very stressful experience, particularly given the competitive Northern Virginia market, was calm. First, Heather took the time to understand our wants/taste/needs. She listened. She highlighted listings that she thought would interest us right away. She was tireless in personally checking out homes for us and sending videos so we could tour them virtually. She listened to our questions and concerns, and pursued answers. And when we found our house, she walked us through the buying process, step-by-step. She was our advocate when we bid, when we inspected, and through the end of the process, even giving us a list of recommended service people to choose from for our homes various needs. We knew we had a knowledgeable person who cared about us on our side, so we could be confident in what we were doing. Heather really went the extra mile for us.
