Its taken quite awhile for me to get this review up because I dont know how to adequately put into words just how wonderful it is working with Ben. Think of the feeling of the first beautiful sunny day after a long cold winter seasonaEUR"and thats what it feels like working with Ben as your realtor. Ben gracefully guided us through a crazy housing market to help us find a better home than we thought we could get. We almost couldnt believe we were actually buying a home because Ben and his team made whats considered one of lifes most stressful events, so smooth and easy.We always felt fully supported throughout the entire process, and continue to feel fully supported afterward, knowing we have Ben in our corner. Ben is trustworthy, thorough, reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and personable. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process, some just thinking out loud that I thought were minor and unrelated, but would be pleasantly surprised when Ben would quickly follow up with a full response/explanation/rationale and his thoughts/professional opinionaEUR"because thats what Ben does. Hes just darn thorough and makes you always feel supported. I continue to ask him for recommendations and references on home-related things, and he always makes sure to follow-up on those experiences as well.Ben truly plays the role of teacher/coach/parent/mentor/advocate and we are so grateful to have worked with him.
