Kirbi is the best! I'm not just saying that; she really is the best that there is out there. While trying to buy a home from several states away, Kirbi got to know us and our preferences. She had incredible communication, and helped us to find out dream home! Kirbi even set an appointment to view our cabin BEFORE we even asked her to because she knew it would be the one, and that it would sell quickly! She was right, this was our dream home, and we were only able to get it because we had Kirbi working tirelessly to help us! The most amazing part, is that even after our closing, Kirbi has maintained contact. She hired a contractor for us, and managed the work that was done as we couldn't be there! She truly has been a Godsend! I wouldn't work with anyone else in GA for my real estate needs! She is amazing!!!

We recently purchased a second home in Ellijay, GA. We worked with Kirbi Smith and her partner Cindy Ryals and we could not have had a better experience. Kirbi's knowledge of the area as well as the real estate market made the search very efficient. Kirbi listened to what we were looking for in a home and was able to narrow down the number of homes that she showed us. The first home that she showed us is the one that we purchased. Once we were under contract, Cindy Ryals worked very closely with our mortgage company, the inspector and all other parties to keep the process moving toward closing. We had a contingency in the contract that we had to have financing secured within 21 days and Cindy actively made sure that everyone stayed on schedule. Kirbi and Cindy were a pleasure to work with and they made the process fun. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in North Georgia.
