I started my search for a home using the Zillow app. I had zero knowledge on the home buying process and thought i could call any agent that was listed and it would be smooth sailing from there. I was really wrong. The first half dozen agents i contacted would not dedicate any time explaining to me what i would have to do in order to actually put an offer on a home. Some agents would tell me i needed to be financially approved before i contacted them and then hang up the phone! Some agents would not return my call for days and i would have to call them back repeatedly leaving voice-mails. Then I came across Raymond Lee, I contacted Raymond and he called me back within ten minutes. I told him the problems i was having with other agents, and he told me not to worry and that he would help every step of the way. Raymond gave me several contacts whom i could speak with about getting financially approved, I was very thankful because my bank would not approve me for the loan amount i needed. After that Raymond spent several months sharing his knowledge of the area i was searching, and not once rushed me into anything. Raymond was always honest and would return my phone calls and emails right away. Finally, i made an offer on a nice home and Raymond was able to negotiate the price down and during inspection stage Raymond was very involved and communicated to all parties involved that there were items i wanted to have resolved before closing stage. I was grateful because I was not familiar with this process and did not know how to approach it. In conclusion, I highly recommend Raymond because he helped me find financing, helped me find an attorney, helped me negotiate the price down, and helped me find a home that my family is happy with. thanks Raymond Lee!
