We had a wonderful experience working with Audrey. We were moving to town and didn't know much about the area and she couldn't have been more helpful. We came to town for a short visit and she managed to coordinate over a dozen appointments for us and was able to quickly schedule second visits. We spent the day with her and she was a great resource for all information about the local area and the real estate market. We didn't love every home , but she helped us see potential in each home. She has a great eye for changing things up and renovating which was helpful. Once we decided on a house, she told us from the beginning what she believed a fair price for the home should be and when it came time to negotiations, she worked to get us as close to the number as possible and was excellent at negotiating repairs and allowances. She was also willing to walk away and keep looking which we appreciated. She was very organized and on top of the closing process which helped as he had not purchased a home in many years and needed the guidance. If you are looking for a dependable, honest and hard working realtor, choose Audrey Wiggins. She loves the area and is very knowledgeable and you won't be disappointed.
