Patrick helped me buy a townhome in northern Washington County. We talked about what size of house I was looking for and the locations I was interested in living in. Patrick found me excellent choices that took into account not only the things I told him I was looking for, but took into account factors I had not brought up, like attributes that would promote resale value.In the end, Patrick found me an excellent two-bedroom townhome in a nice neighborhood, one in the back of the development with a green space on one side. He was patient and insightful during the negotiation and helped me get to choosing the right house without putting on any pressure. Even though he was offered a better commission by one seller, Patrick still helped me find the best house for me, rather than the best sale for him.
