We have purchased and sold properties with Patrick's help. I have high expectations and Patrick is absolute AMAZING and sets the bar for what your realtor should be doing for you. He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. He sold our rental property for us - when the buyers came back with their counter for an electrical repair, Patrick called me to tell me about their request and he'd already called and gotten a bid from an electrician, had a placeholder appointment ready, offered to meet the electrician at the home, pay for the electrician and then get reimbursed when our sale closed. I literally had to do NOTHING, everything with the sale was handled beautifully by Patrick. He also helped us purchase a piece of land to build a home on and is still going above and beyond to help us make our dream a reality, even a year after the sale closed. I will use him again when we sell our home this year and recommended him to all our friends and family.

I've brought and sold a few houses in the past with different realtors,, You know the type the one that are more interested in having their name on the flyer then leaving you to do it yourself, Then I ran across Patrick let me tell you, this guy is the best he not only gave me recommendations on how to spruce up the house before listing but offered to help if needed, Who does that? he was getting the word out that my home was going up for sale even before the listing went up, three day after it listed I was looking at four offers some even for more then what we listed it at, from the first phone call to him till the close, he kept me updated on every step, I've never had realtor do as much work for me as Patrick Sheehan give him a call you wont be disappointed I sure wasn't ,,, James Brant,, Portland Oregon
