Jason was a dream come true, he is very knowledgeable about the buying process. took time with me to see what I wanted in a house, came back a second time with those questions after since I was over whelmed with the thought of buying a house.he set up a search with what we wanted and sent many appropriate listings. he was available to show us houses when we suddenly found a house we liked.when we found the house we wanted he went into high gear, with the bidding stopping almost while we were looking at the house, he helped us negociate a texted, email, phone call bid on the house.when we did not get the house, he continued to talk with the realator to see if there deal was going to go thru. he helped us with a backup contract, kept in contact with the realtor and with us . I feel his persistence was the reason we now live in the house we wanted.Jason is a go getter, interested in his customers. I will be singing his praises to anyone looking for a realtor.it was the best experience I have ever has buying a house.
