I felt compelled to share my YELP review of this power team bc they are an asset to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in Hawaii. I rarely review client services but know how difficult it is to find an HONEST realtor in this market. I have heard too many horror stories and seen many kind, educated ppl get swindled so I went with Karin and Meme and referred friends to them to. None of us have been disappointed:)A. 10 stars if possible- for real! These women really CARE about the clients. They know the market -especially the North Shore, and are experts in realty. They are NOT pushy but trust them with the high pressure timelines and competitive market in Hawaii. They WILL get you the house you want if you just TRUST AND LISTEN to them:) They are the best:) Funny, caring and professional. They are patient, meticulous, knowledgeable and ALWAYS available. They teach and empower you through this crazy market and process of buying a home in Hawaii.PS- Ask them about Marsha for a mortgage broker if you need one-she is the same way! 10 stars for her too!

I never thought I could purchase a home until I worked with Meme & Karin Moody! I was brand new to home buying and they helped me through every step of the way. Purchasing a home for the first time is stressful and overwhelming and I cannot stress how important it is to have good and trustworthy agents that have your best interest in mind as Meme and Karin do. I had very specific requirements I was looking for in a home and it took almost a year to find one. Meme continued to hunt and search for me and called me the same day that something came on the market that matched my life goals. We viewed it that very day and put in an offer the very next day on New Year's Eve (when most don't want to be working)! It was a very highly sought after property and the reason I am able to call it my home today is because these agents worked hard and promptly. Every time I called, they answered. Every time I had a question, it was answered quickly and when we needed to meet in person, they went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and meet on weekends or even very late evenings. I am so impressed by the level of service I received that I wish everyone to work with agents as good as these.
