Recent first-time home buyer here.Barbara is outstanding! She made the whole experience manageable, and even fun. My wife and I always looked forward to showings with her. She's very personable, knowledgeable, and very clearly has her clients' best interests at heart. While looking at a sprawling and oddly laid out two family house with some questionable and unfinished additions, she (half) jokingly told us she wouldn't let us buy it! We trust her so we didn't even question it. She understood our needs and helped guide us to the perfect home. She responds quickly, is extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling, and has a wealth of resources. She recommended the lending company and home inspector we decided to go with, both of which we couldn't have been more satisfied with. She also told us exactly what to expect, and what was expected of us, once our offer was accepted. She was with us every step of the way and was a delight to work with.
