I normally don't leave reviews and don't give such high scores becuase it's hard to impress me and believe me- I've dealt with a great number of agents in the past. Most of them was either not responsive to my calls during business hours or very slow in getting back and it just didn't feel like they cared enough. Well, that is definitely NOT the case with Angela: she was always on top of everything; answered the phone outside of business hours or called back immediately; always knew the answers to my questions, found solutions and- most importantly- made the whole buying process pretty smooth. She even negotiated a few items the sellers threw in which I didn't think was possible in the sellers' market! If you want somebody who is real, down- to earth and tells it like it is without sugarcoating, then she's the right person for you.

It was such a pleasure working with Ronnie and team. It was our first time buying a home so we really didnt know what to expect at first except what we knew from watching shows on HGTV. No one tells you the crazy roller coaster ride that comes along with home buying, but Ronnie and team were there with us throughout the entire ride making sure that we were informed and aware of all the challenges that we were about to inevitably endure.I truly believe that without our team of realtors, my husband and I would have quit buying a house after the first inevitable road bump. Ronnie and team created a professional environment that not only served a great platform for buyers like us to learn and be fully immersed and aware of the process, but also provided an environment that made us feel like we were hanging out with great friends. Ever since the beginning of the home buying process, Ronnie and team assured us that they will work hard to get us a home in the time span that we provided. Not only can I say that they met our timeline, but it was done with great team work and they were there with us through every single process, even when he was on vacation overseas. Ronnie and team not only found us our beautiful, forever home, but they worked around the clock to get us our keys. They were present at every house tours providing their knowledge and insight of the properties all the way to making sure that we were stressed free (as much as one can be) during the closing process.I truly admire his dedication to work hard to meet their clients needs and having witnessed it first hand makes me feel truly lucky that I worked with Ronnie and his team. The house that he helped us with truly fits everything that we were looking for and more. There are no words to express our gratitude towards Ronnie and team in helping us finally have our own dream home.
