We had the pleasure of working with Jill Bates to buy our first home. She was helpful, patient, and understanding. We had many questions, and she listened to all of them and answered them carefully so we could understand the process. We never felt pressured when we went and visited different properties, and she was an advocate for us every step of the way. We have young children, and she always had treats or gifts to entertain them, and let them do small things so they could feel they were involved. When we closed, she spent 30 minutes chasing our baby around the building so we could focus on paperwork! She has been a great help and partner to us.
