If you are looking for a realtor in the Columbia/Elgin/Lugoff/Camden/ area, please drop everything and call Krista. I am very picky about customer service , and she by far delivered the very best. My husband and I relocated to SC from NE and with selling 2 houses in NE and dealing with a difficult lender, it was very stressful. Krista went above and beyond to make our transition easier and handled all of the footwork that I did not expect her to , nor that I had ever received from a realtor before. She assisted us with info regarding school data and ratings , info regarding the unexpected in SC such as fire ants and pine sap, and other aspects to help us become more familiar with the area since we only had a few short days to house hunt. In the end, Krista followed up with the builder to be sure all the finished work was to perfection and that we had received all of the promises that the builder had offered. In addition, Krista is a genuinely nice person with a helpful attitude and no pressure sales technique. She was patient with our house hunting trips and questions, and offered us assistance in every aspect to make our transition as easy and stress free as possible . I had to relocate to the Camden SC area for work on very short notice. I didn't know anyone here. I had thirty day's to find a house for me and my family. I was beyond stressed. She went above and beyond to help me find a house for me and my family. We looked at every single house available! She was always available for questions and concerns. I finally found a house that was in construction. She made sure that everything was finished with the house by the time I needed to move in.
