We first reached out to Sam at the end of Feb. 2020, met with her at the very beginning of March to talk about possibly selling our condo and buying a house. She was understanding of our concerns and was very comfortable and easy going to talk to. Then covid hit and we weren't sure what to do. Sam was never pushy and never neglectful when everything started to get crazy. She was patient and understanding. Her communication and customer service were spot on, whether she couldn't take my call right away, I would receive a text letting me know and then she would follow up me to answering all of my questions....more than once, she was always there. In fact, she was and still is there for us when we have questions even after our sale. We sold our condo and purchased a single family home using Sam and her team. We highly recommend her.
