We met Linda at an open house and immediately became comfortable with her. Over the course of two years we looked at over 50 homes. She provided us with excellent service from the start of the process all the way to the end, even after closing. We highly recommend Linda without reservations.Linda began by talking to us about the home buying experience in Sun City and the current market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Linda provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. We took our time making this big decision and we certainly tested Linda's knowledge of the area, but we were not disappointed with her responses. We had marathon days of looking at homes and she was so patient. When we found the right house she was quick to put the offer in and we got the home. Throughout the whole process she was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had. She is very detailed oriented and got us into our dream home with no stress or worry. Once the offer was put in on the house, she gave us a timeline of what would happen and when. Linda was always open and honest with us about each property and we always felt like she had our best interest at heart. If we ever decide to move, Linda will be our first call to list the home with and to help us find our new home.
