Given that I'm a first-time homebuyer, the entire process of physically finding a home and figuring out the financials was extremely daunting to me. After meeting Linda, however, these fears quickly faded, as she constantly guided me through the steps of home buying and provided excellent insight on locations and prices. Despite having to put offers on multiple homes (to no fault of Linda's, I was simply outbid in a very competitive market), Linda was always very quick in suggesting other amazing properties in the area to take a look at. After finally finding the perfect home for me, Linda was very helpful in walking me through the closing process, which also included many phone calls and emails to my lender in order to get updates. Linda made sure that I was going to close by my set date and continuously gave me calls and sent texts/emails to keep me in the loop. Even after closing, Linda stayed in contact and even visited the property to make sure everything was going well (and also had her husband bring a ladder and batteries to the house when my fire alarms went off on closing day!). Overall, her energy and real estate expertise led to me having the most amazing home-buying experience. My parents were also very impressed by how attentive and present she was (something they are now realizing was missing in their previous agent), and have said that they plan to use Linda in the future. I now consider Linda a close friend and would quickly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the future!

After 3 not so eager realtors had come and gone. I decided to make one last effort and just go through a website to find someone. It was fate. Linda was beyond amazing and helped us find our new home in no time. She listened to all of our wants and needs. She even adjusted all of those once we realized what we actually wanted. Linda always responded within a timely manner, is ALWAYS working, had all of the answers to our questions and most importantly, she made us feel apart of her family !! We started our house hunting journey right before thanksgiving. Even throughout the holiday season she was on top of finding new homes and never missed a day!! When the first home hit a bump, she was ready to search for the next one. When it came to paperwork and the actual purchase, she truly had our best interest at heart. She was there every step of the way. If we had a question she did not have the answer for, she would call me back within an hour with the answer. We even ended up saving some extra money! She made the entire process easy for our family. If you get the honor with working with Linda, thank your stars !! She will EXCEED all of your expectations !
