Rachelle Willhite was really great. Honest, responsive, knows her stuff, worked tirelessly for us. She helped us figure out what our priorities were and then made sure we stayed focused on them. She showed us new areas we hadn't considered and was supportive and pleasant. Rachelle knew how to navigate our crazy Seattle market and just what to do to make our offer the most appealing. She also had great contacts for all the home buying services like inspectors and mortgage people and she knew the wards and schools as well as the neighborhoods. We probably won't be moving for a long while if ever, but we would use her again in a heartbeat and wish we had used her on the sale of our home as well.
