Rachelle Willhite helped me get my dream house amid a competitive market. I was initially looking for short sales and foreclosures because I'm single and want a good investment as well a first home buyer property. I had some idea on what I wanted - but ultimately with her help I found something even better! By being responsive enough (and by recognizing a deal when we saw it) we put an offer in right away when we saw a lake property near the park. Although I was hesitant at first - Rachelle's confidence and knowledge in the market made me happy and excited to put an offer on it as well. She took the time to demonstrate to me what most of the properties were lacking in the area and the value of the one we found. Some real estate agents can be kind of sketchy and pushy when it comes to getting a sale, but with Rachelle it was different - It was more of an educational experience which is great for a first time home buyer. I remember going into some real fixer uppers - which would be great for a craftsman guy - but not the single girl on the go like me. I remember seeing a lot of properties without a backyard and not close to the freeway. We ended up finding a house close to freeway, as well as the park with a huge backyard After putting in the offer she helped me every step of the way as she negotiated extras (i.e. washer dryer & seller closing costs), helped with loan paperwork, advised me on the time frame of the 2 banks that ended up being involved in the sale, and was readily available for any/all questions I had. From beginning to end I could not be more pleased with choosing Rachelle as my real estate agent. In a competitive market I needed her to seize an opportunity and work through the obstacles that the banks, mortgage companies, appraisers, put in a buyer/sellers way. I couldn't have done it without her help.

Rachelle was recommended to us by an acquaintance. We had pretty specific needs. This is our first house and we knew exactly what we wanted. Poor Rachelle worked day and night looking for the right listing and putting up with how picky we were. In the end she found us the perfect house. My husband is a mechanic and needed a really big garage/shop space. She found us a house with a 1390 sq. ft. garage with engine hoists and plumbed with air for his shop equipment. She also gave us great advice when making our offer and got the owner to accept our offer despite receiving better offers soon after because she really knew us and was able to tell the owner my husband grew up in the area. She held our hand through the whole process, explained things to us, and made sure she was there at all important dates to make everything run smooth. She is the best!
