Arif is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled real estate agent. As first time homebuyers, Arif held our hands as we searched, found and purchased our dream home in Mount Kisco, NY. He walked us through the entire process and answered all of our many many questions. Not only does he know Westchester like the back of his hand he also has trusted relationships with inspectors, mortgage lenders, and everyone else in the business which he was happy to connect us to. After showing us several homes we found one that checked all of our boxes - old world charm, 3,000+ square feet, level private property, walking distance to town and the train, and a detached apartment. He got us an early showing so we were able to see the home prior to the open house. During the walk through Arif asked insightful questions, identifying the need for the seller to get proper paperwork from the town and get the home up to code, ensuring that did not fall on us. Thanks to Arifs negotiating skills and market insights we purchased the home for 11% less than the asking price, a feat we did not think was possible in the 2021 real estate market.
