Joyce Luoff is incredible! She was referred to me by my son. He and his wife had such a wonderful experience with Joyce helping them find their first home. I didn't think anyone could live up to such glowing remarks - LOL they are so young...what do they know...they are newbies...but THEY WERE RIGHT!!! I was amazed that she consistently went above and beyond just as my son told me! She handled the purchase of my home as if it was her own investment!!! Below are a few things that stood out about Joyce as we worked together. 1. Excellent listening skills. Based on our conversations - she found a home that was perfect for me. 2. She was immediately responsive!!! I never had to wait for her responses! 3. She was knowledgeable and patient. She made sure that I understood everything step of the process. 4. She was respectful and handle my negotiations as I asked and offered advise as needed based on her expert opinion. 5.
