Michelle helped us with both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. With the sale of our home, Michelle knows the area very well and was able to give specifics as to why similar houses were going for more/less than our house. She gave us lots of recommendations to make our house ready to be put on the market. Michelle even provided us a list of contractors who could help us with what needed to be done. When the home was ready, she provided a very professional photographer to take pictures and created extensive brochures to give to prospective buyers as well as many other little things which made the overall experience very positive. Michelle always followed up with families who looked at our home and was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. She always provided services to us over and above her standard Realtor responsibilities which helped us in many situations during the sale process. Her expertise paid off because our house was under contract in 5 days, we were very happy with the sale price, and the house closed just as expected.When purchasing our new home, Michelle did a lot of research about the neighborhood to give us an indication as to how much we should expect to pay for the house. During our visits, Michelle was genuinely interested in the condition of the house and pointed out many things that we would not have noticed and gave us lots of ideas on how to fix things that we didn't like about the house. The negotiation process went very smoothly and she was very honest with us when it came to what the other side was thinking through the process and what she would recommend as the next steps. We couldn't be more pleased Michelle's help on the purchase & sale of our houses and would highly recommend her to others.
