I found Nikki using the Nextdoor recommender app, which Nikki was rated very highly. Nikki both sold my old home and helped me find a new one in Reston. She listened carefully to my needs and was especially attentive to my situation of divorce, e.g. selling the old home was trickier. Nikki responded immediately to communications and helped me with many questions and problems at strange non-business hours. She connected me to a very good/cost-effective home remodeler/improvement company, loan officer, and other home buying/selling services. Nikki's is supported by very competent/effective back office staff who respond immediately as well. Nikki especially worked hard to help me find my new home - I was particular about the Reston neighborhoods I was interested in and in the end, she helped me get EXACTLY the new home I wanted in a high demand neighborhood. I feel very lucky to have worked with her and highly recommend. I would definitely work with her again.

We don't have enough words to thank Frank Bowen and Nikki Lagouros at Keller Williams. Frank responded very quickly on a Sunday morning to our request to visit a home that had just been put on the market. We discovered that we had to make an offer by 5pm that day because there were already multiple offers on the house. Frank and his team walked us through every single step of the process and the bidding war, and thanks to them, we got the house!
