Nikki represents the absolute best of the best in the Northern Virginia area (& beyond). After reading reviews for 15+ local agents, I decided to reach out to Nikki one night & she responded within 20 minutes, making the time to meet us the following morning. I don't think I've ever met anyone as responsive as her--not sure how she does it! Nikki proved to be the absolute best asset we had in our buying process. She is an expert on the NOVA market & had insight within each neighborhood / street, identifying upcoming listings well before they came out (a critical value add in this highly competitive area). She had positive relationships with every sellers agent we met, which was absolutely crucial. With every showing, she helped us to better understand our priorities & likes / dislikes. Nikki is an advocate for her clients, never hesitating to step in on our behalf. I like to joke that she was our built-in therapist, always keeping us calm whenever nerves hit (I'm a worrier). When a great listing posted one morning, Nikki got us in to see it within hours. That night, we decided to put in an offer on the home, & she stayed up late with us to make sure we could submit our offer the same day.
