Tina far exceeded my expectations. She offered up knowledge on things I hadn't even thought of. She took the time to explain what has to happen and why and where we were in the process and what to expect next. She really put my mind at ease during a particularly stressful time. Tina has proven herself to be dedicated to her buyers and sellers. She takes the time to get to know the uniqueness of each party and tries to exceed expectations. She had multiple suggestions on how to handle various topics and was fair with referrals to various resources. She was extremely patient with me during this entire stressful process and was always available, even for the smallest questions and reassurances. It has been my experience with other realtors in the past that it is all about the commission.
