I saw Alice Cane s bio on my Instagram page as an ad. I realized that she worked with some people that I knew and decided to contact her. This was after I was in a listing agreement with another agent to sell my home for three months. This was one of the best decisions that I ve made! Alice took the listing and was able to sell my home in 2 WEEKS! Alice is dependable, knowledgeable, honest, and is just good people! After we were under contract, her work ethic was still impeccable! She scheduled our inspection, scheduled water testing, and a fire inspection! She made a stressful situation less stressful as we were selling and buying at the same time! We were able to continue to go to work as Alice handled everything! Alice also listened to us and told us what she feels would work. At the age of 54, I was going to look for a place to rent. I never thought that at my age I would ever be able to buy a house. I met Alice, who was recommended to me by a friend. The day I met Alice changed my life forever. I was scared, nervous, not even confident in thinking I could do it. Alice was there every step of the way. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. She was always honest with me, no matter what good or tough times came my way. She walked me through the whole process. Where do we begin? High School? Jersey Girls?? Realtor Extraordinaire? Alice has the patience of a saint!! Over the course of SEVERAL (MANY) months, Alice took my husband and I on house tour after tour!! Between starting our search from SWFL, to the housing market going insane, to eventually finding a few decent homes ... we FINALLY placed an offer!! Although there were bumps along the way, Alice lead us through our search, finding a financier for us, answering a mirage of questions and finally sitting with us at the settlement table!!!
