Where do we begin? High School? Jersey Girls?? Realtor Extraordinaire? Alice has the patience of a saint!! Over the course of SEVERAL (MANY) months, Alice took my husband and I on house tour after tour!! Between starting our search from SWFL, to the housing market going insane, to eventually finding a few decent homes ... we FINALLY placed an offer!! Although there were bumps along the way, Alice lead us through our search, finding a financier for us, answering a mirage of questions and finally sitting with us at the settlement table!!! We could not have asked for a more HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HARD WORKING realtor to help us find our new home!! Not to mention ... being able to grow an even deeper friendship along the way as well!! I contacted Alice Cane with one house in mind. My boyfriend had told to contact her because he knew her son from high school. She got back to me right away and was super nice and friendly. No time wasted, she was able to show us the house we had in mind. We went through with an offer but unfortunately after we signed the contract for the house, the seller backed out leaving us at back at square one. Alice kept looking for houses for us and we went to look at a couple. One night, she texted me about a house that had just gone on the market. She showed it to her couple days later and i fell in love with it. We put in an offer on that night and everything was smooth sailing from there. She was on top of everything, the contract, the inspections and anything that needed to be done. A month or so later, we closed on our house. I would recommend Alice in a heart beat to anyone. Shes super friendly, she keeps in contact with you throughout the whole process and will find you the best house that is meant for you.
