I've worked with numerous realtors in the past, to buy and sell homes, in the Lancaster area, Washington, DC, and NYC, and Jim shines far above any I've encountered. His knowledge of the local market is deep. After investing considerable time showing me properties, answering emails, culling listings, he ultimately advised me to wait to make a purchase until my circumstances become more predictable (may have to relocate out of the area due to employment.)
