As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were a bit nervous about where to begin. Tom started off by meeting with us to walk us through the home buying process, answer any questions we had, and understand exactly what we were looking for - immediately easing our anxiety and taking as much time as we needed. Following this first meeting, Tom was always available to answer questions and schedule showings without being overbearing. We identified a list of homes that we were interested in and Tom would coordinate with sellers? agents - doing virtually all the leg work - and organize full day itineraries for us to see every home available. While viewing the homes, he frequently offered valuable and unbiased insights into the pros and cons of each home. Tom is also very flexible as demonstrated by his ability to reorganize our itinerary on our whim (on the day of) to squeeze in a viewing of a just-listed home that we ultimately purchased. Owing to his real estate acumen, Tom had invaluable suggestions for what provisions to include in our offer letter to facilitate a speedy acceptance and closing. Thus, our first offer on our first home was accepted! Tom?s network is extensive and provided us with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and whoever else we needed during the process. He additionally stayed with us through our entire inspection, making sure we were comfortable with the home. We are ecstatic about our new home - it?s unique and so perfectly us and we are certain we never would have found and successfully closed on this home without such an experienced and caring real estate agent as Tom!

We were referred to Chris by our first realtor when our search area became wider.
