Drew Presto helped us find and purchase a beautiful brand new home! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about making such a big purchase. Going into the process I knew nothing about buying or mortgaging a home. The only thing I knew was that I was going to be an extremely picky client. I also knew someone had their work cut out for them. Drew was extremely patient and accommodating to all of my demands. In today?s world it is very difficult to get quality customer service. Drew made us feel like we were his only clients. He kept asking me what I liked in a house and what I did not like in a house. Drew?s skills in drilling down the customer wants and needs were very impressive. He made it seem like he truly cared and tried to understand what we were looking for in a new home. With Drew, there was NO pressure which I loved. I was not going to settle or be pressured into buying something I was not completely satisfied with. If we said we did not like something he did not keep trying to ?sell? it to us. Before finding Drew Presto, we had a horrible experience with (4) other realtors. We were very displeased with the (4) realtors prior to Drew because they pressured us and made it seem like all they cared about was making a sale. Drew worked very hard for us and went above and beyond. He provided a great deal of listings and options for us to consider. Drew made himself available at times that were convenient for us. If we needed to change plans at the last minute, he was accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and the properties we looked at. If we had questions that he did not know the answer to, he checked and got back to us with the answer promptly. Drew also had great communication skills. He recommended a mortgage officer who we also had a great experience with. Some people say that buying a house is a lot of work. For us, Drew did a great majority of the work. The process was enjoyable and moved quickly. In the end, we are very satisfied first time homeowners. Thanks to Drew he found us the perfect brand new build that we now call home. I would recommend Drew Presto to anyone looking for real estate in the State of Michigan.
