I am a very busy professional. I never take time out to write a review. But in all honesty I could not live with myself if I did not take time to extoll the wonderful professional and personal qualities of Ms Iris Kalt.Yes she is knowledgable, quick , attentive, responsive and has a dynamic and delightful personality. But importantly, she simply gets the job done. She sold my property for a price well above my hopeful expectation and in less time than I thought possible. For financial and personal reasons , selling an estate property can be a very stressful ordeal. She took all the worry and the burden off my shoulders with her confident positive attitude and the very successful sale of our property. If you want the best broker you could possibly find, then you want Iris. That's been my experience.

I am a first time buyer, and my girlfriend and I found Iris after going through several agents who just did not work for us. After getting frustrated failing to find someone to represent us who was responsive, experienced, and knowledgable we found Iris when we decided to start calling listing agents ourselves to check out properties. After our first conversation with her we knew she would be the one to help us find our first home, and she certainly was. Iris goes above and beyond to get you showings as soon as possible and is always extremely easy to reach. I cannot tell you how many times we called her for a same-day showing and she was able to track down listing agents and get us in there to see the listing. We had no issues with paperwork, putting together bids, and understanding the process thanks to Iris. However, my favorite thing about her is the knowledge she has about the condition of homes and all of the information she picks up on with her keen eye. She pointed out things about properties that I never would have noticed without her. I highly recommend Iris and she she will be my first call next time I am back on the market for a home! (Which will hopefully be a while as I am closing next Thursday!) Thanks Iris!
