I have worked with Linda and her team (specifically Michelle) since I bought my first home over 5 years ago. I have since bought and sold a couple of houses, as well as a couple of rental properties. Linda and her team are well known within the industry and community, and it shows. Michelle has helped me find a new lender mid purchase to get a deal pushed through and she negotiated and got our offer accepted on a multiple offer situation on our current house (which was very under-priced). We also had some issues with our home warranty, where the appliance company that was sent to our house for our dishwasher did a horrible job and never fixed the issue. Michelle made a call and the home warranty company gave us another year of warranty and they are going to service our HVAC system which was not originally covered. I was very impressed
