Since we were relocating to Palmdale, CA from Florida we really needed to rely on the experience and knowledge of our realtor. We were working with a different realtor for a few months and was not getting the results or assistance that we needed to meet our needs of finding a house. We even flew out here a couple of times. We were running out of time and we were beginning to feel very worried. My new company recommended Amy as a very experienced and helpful realtor. We reached out Amy and that same day she had a list of houses for us that were in our price range in a great area. Ever since then we definitely had a peace of mind that we were in good hands. Amy was quick to find us our new home and make sure that she was communicative the whole process. We love our new home, the gorgeous view and the school district. Karen was OUTSTANDING to work with throughout the process of buying our first home. From the day we first connected until the end of the process Karen made us feel like she was always available, and always looking out for our best interest. When we were viewing homes, she was always punctual and well prepared. She went above and beyond by bringing folders with concise information on each home we were viewing along with materials for us to take notes. She answered every question, and we had quite a few, patiently, respectfully and promptly. She was honest when she did not have the answer immediately, which was not often at all, but would ALWAYS track down the answer as soon as possible. Once we settled on a home she made the process seem so easy by staying in near constant contact with our lender and the listing agent. I really felt I had nothing to worry about and that I could ask her anything. Throughout escrow, she always seemed to be two steps ahead of the process and prepared for any contingency. It was a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. I will absolutely be passing her information along to friends and family and I will very likely contact her again if we one day decide to sell or rent our home!
