Well let me tell you I am a 1st time homebuyer and so proud to say that! I actually met Shauna while I was helping my sister look for a home and what I liked about her is she was helpful even before I was her client she answered my questions without reservation and I told her when it was my turn I would call her and I did a year later! I knew nothing about the process of home buying nor what it intel. Shauna negotiating skills are excellent she had my back throughout the entire process and when I was discouraged she was positive. She said what God has for you will happen in his time and that calmed me down to think reasonably. She negotiated a new HVAC, plumbing I made out like a fat cat. So I've always been skeptical about finding a place for myself let alone purchasing one. You hear horror stories about realators and financing. Well guess what, not with the Shauna Lane Team. While in the process of selling my mother's house, she'd mention to Shauna that I wanted to move. Let me just tell you, not even a day or so later I was already receiving places to look at. I visited the first maybe that weekend, but fell for the last one. I was still skeptical but my conscious said to trust the process and I DID.Shauna runs a tight ship. She's fast, coordinated, friendly and she keeps it a hunnid. Her team was on point with everything...that ball rolled so smoothly.
