Jill Marley was a shear blessing to work with. She is both a professional and a dear friend of our family. Working with her was so comfortable and smooth. She truly knows the industry inside and out. If she didnt know the answers to our questions right away, she had ample resources and a extremely well connected network. Through Jills expertise we were able put an offer in our now home with our most desired concessions in the most desired area of our choice in NWA (this had been a long term goal of ours for over 10 years). Her negotiations on our new home, and the sale of our old home brought the deals to contract pending on both sides within a matter of 1 week. Our old home sold to the 1st buyer on the 1st showing within a matter of 2days! She was able to communicate on all fronts to make sure all parties were pleased with their ends of the deal. She was always honest and professional to make sure we felt taken care of the whole way through. In our minds and hearts Jill is truly a best in class realtor; and I am so happy to call her one of my best friends on the other side of the deals! We truly felt blessed working with Jill Marley!

Rob is hands down THE. BEST. REALTOR. EVER!!! Honestly I cannot say enough great things about him! There isnt one single thing I wish he would have done differently or better! You will not find a more professional, organized and eager to help realtor. He is calm, he is funny and he is so extremely humble and kind! Our experience was not a smooth process at all. Things went extremely crazy on our home purchase and he never once lost his cool or showed frustration or worry that we wouldnt close. He was honest and reliable. He gave us sound advice and when he wasnt sure what our best options were (again it was a rough, long drawn out crazy process for us) he researched and came back promptly with our best options. Rob spent soooo much time on our purchase. I mean a ton of time!!! He was always readily available for my many questions and concerns. Honestly if it wasnt for Rob, we would not be in our home! I would have given up! He truly is amazing and if you just meet him you will understand immediately why you have to have him as your realtor! My husband and I met him via a cold call I made about a rental home. We were relocating from out of state. A year later he helped us find the farmhouse in the country we have always wanted!
