Our lender is a trusted family friend and highly recommended Rodney. His knowledge of the Richmond area and experience was a critical factor in making our decision to work with Rodney. Rodney was extremely hard working and knowledgeable and far exceeded our expectations. He is very easy to talk to and was available all hours of the day and night to get us our perfect first house in this crazy market. He was patient with us and helped guide us in making decisions, but never pushed us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. Rodney is a great guy and we could tell he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We looked at 40+ houses and had put in several offers on other homes before we finally got the perfect house. He was extremely patient and understanding. It felt like a good friend was helping us find our first house. We knew very little about the process of buying a home. Rodney broke everything down for us and made sure we understood everything, even if we had to ask the same question several times. He worked tirelessly and we are so grateful to have had him in our corner for the purchase of our first house.
