Simply put, Efficient, Pleasant, Focused and Diligent.Danielle has been instrumental and assistive in every way - from identifying how to position the property to professionally having the property photographed to preparing the property for a variety of showings as well as negotiating with the prospective buyers on our behalf. She identified the clear advantages as well as what needs to be updated to appeal to the buyers well in advance so we could address those prior to getting the prospective buyers to visit the property. She also has a list of credible contacts practically for all the services to deal with anything that needs to be fixed or updated so that you don't have to hunt around in the last minute.
