Kenn Bunn and Rob Molzahn were able to help my wife and I find a home in a very difficult market in a short amount of time. We had been looking for our first home in the Newberg market for at least 5 months with a Realtor from out of the area and had not been very successful. Homes in the Newberg market were selling at such a fast rate it was difficult to find, view a property, and submit an offer before there was already an accepted offer or multiple offers in the sellers hand. Because of this we decided to look for a local Realtor that was more connected to the market. After meeting with a few local Realtors we decided that Kenn and Rob were the best fit for us. Their outstanding knowledge of the market really paid off. They knew about all the currently listed homes with our specifications and in our price range in the county. They even knew of a number of homes just coming on the market the very day we started working with them. We ended up purchasing a home that was a new listing that day and were able to close on it very quickly. Buying your first home can be a very daunting experience. We had struggled up to the point we teamed up with Kenn and the Molzahn Group at Berkshire Hathaway. My wife had a lot of anxiety and questions about the whole process. Kenn was very patient and very communicative through the whole process and that was a great help to my wife. Thanks Kenn.
