Elisha Hardy spoke with me on the phone. I related to her my desperation to escape Florida & move back up north to family & friends, newly widowed. I was very interested in a house, 326 Ohio St., Bangor, ME, 04401. She even said that she personally knew the realtor. I NEVER HEARD from her again! After 2 more E-Mails of mine that were ignored, I am looking elsewhere for a home for myself & my 2 sons. Apparently, in this economy, she is TOO RICH OR BUSY to be professional and get back to an eager custonmer who CAN PAY CASH but only wanted to go up to $120,000.- the house was for $154K. & she said that she knew that the realtor that owned that house was desperate to sell! Not too desperate, I guess... I am now working with a lovely agent in another place & very haopy with the new efficent communication. Elisha's passiveness & non-communicative actions demonstrate to me the makings of a poor agent, I'm sorry to say! There are enough houses out there for a good price, & she just lost a good commission! Very disappointing-no responsiveness after the first call, honestly!
