Byron helped us very much during a financially challenging time;Byron got our house sold during a very difficult financial time for our family. With my wife out of work, we were struggling with two mortgages and needed to sell our condo as soon as possible. At first, we had this property listed with a different agency. For over 6 months there was very little activity on it and very few updates from the real estate agent. We felt like we were not being told the truth. Luckily, someone we knew recommended Byron. So we gave him a call. The very next day we were able to meet with him in person. Byron was direct, friendly and assured us that he would get our condo sold. We both left him feeling a renewed comfort that things were going to work out and he was going to get the job done. My wife especially liked that he was very nice, very clear and we could tell he was honest. In a very short amount of time, Byron called us to let us know we would be signing a purchase and sales agreement. We cannot thank Mr. Ford enough for what he was able to do for us. We would strongly recommend him, without reservation, and look forward to dealing with him again, should the need arise. My husband and I recently closed on a short-sale for a rental property we owned for 10 years. We could have NEVER accomplished this without Debbie's expertise. This was a very complicated short sale was we had 2 loans on the home. Additionally, as we were about to close with our buyer, the government "sold" our loan to another lender and we had to start the process all over again. Debbie had us work with a short sale attorney who also was outstanding. Debbie kept in close contact with the attorney's office and us at all times. There were so many loose ends that she always kept up with, seamlessly. She never dropped the ball, not even once. I am so happy that we used Debbie and her team. She was amazing!! I would never use another realtor again. She had everything we were looking for - knowledge, expertise, skills at negotiating, and extremely responsive. She also has heart! She made a very difficult sale possible and we will always be grateful for what she did for us! Outstanding Realtor!!!
